Or, maybe Apex realized value in Trader (as it was a perfict fit for Apex).
But, had no interest in YLO's other assets.
Apex could have bought all of YLO but did not.
Why not?
Doesn't make much sense that Apex would come back to the table to buy the rest of YLO this year.
