Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

"John told me that we already found two additional sources of supply and the "fuel issue" is a non issue."

One of the problems I had with the JUST MOU is that JUST was to be the "exclusive" supplier of diesel fuel and at prevailing market rates.

As we wait for off-take news, everyone here should understand that the power resides with those who can distribute the coal and NOT those with the coal. Got to get the coal to market and if anyone knows the story of natural gas in Russia, the power resides with those who own the pipelines. How things pan out for PCY is anyone's guess but access to seaports and coal sales to Asian markets is the best way to go. IMO, of course!
