Information ValuePutting all the name calling and dick-measuring contests aside, what I find interesting is how you can have 2 completely opposed posts, with supporting arguments (false or not, that's not the point) with equal support from the readers.
I understand that you can take a report and interpret it differently depending on your knowledge base, but you cannot produce completely opposed conclusions from the same information. you cannot both surpass targets and fail them miserably. There must be a "right" (I say mean a supportable) view.
CMK is either on track (or posesses the ressources to be) or isn't. Past that, things can always go wrong, but that's gambling.
