fundementals
1. their top line revenue has not dropped materially in the last 8 quarters as per md&a. zero growth, but stable.
2. their payout ratio is 70%. not so bad. maybe a cut would be prudent but not dire at this point.
3. their long term debt doesnt come due for quite some time. the earliest being 2013.
4. their long term debt is approx. 2 billion. after the sale of autotrader they receive 750 million. if they put all that money towards long term debt ,they would be down to 1.25 billion in debt.
5. they arent losing money. in fact, they are profitable.
Why the big drop in the share price? i dont own any, but am thinking about it.
