are they going bankrupt?

are they going bankrupt?the way its trading, huge daily dives....this pig is trading like it may go into bankruptcy protection.  Kinda reminds me of how Nortel tanked before announcing Chap 11.  Management should announce something either way...let the sheep know if they are considering BK protection, or let the sheep know that everything is just fine!
