I like the approach

I like the approachUnlike many of the other rare earth companies who decided to do major major financings with the brokerage houses, I like the approach here taken my Commerce management. Arranging $7.5 million in a non-brokered manner means that the usual suspects are probably not involved. I noticed as well that there was no offering prospectus with it which means that the stock will have a 4 month hold period and not FREE TRADING like many of the other REE companies.  As a shareholder, I suuport this approach much more than making than being a slave to the Canaccords and Byrons of the world.
