PC on thier BOD

PC on thier BODApril 6, 2011, Vancouver, BC –  Lateegra Gold Corp. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on March 31, 2011, in Vancouver, British Columbia.  This includes the re-election as directors of Christopher Verrico, Peter Crossgrove, Timothy Ryan, Thor Eaton, and Dusan Berka and the election of new director, Brendan Cahill.

Interesting, I always find these things to be in conflict of interest.  PC may be doing what's best for PC and not necessarily EXN.  Time will tell but at first glance LRG doesn't seem to have anything but a bunch of property with prospect of finding ecomomically viable ore.  Question I have.....

How the @#$%^%^@##$@# are you going to pay for exploration on these properties when you can only afford 2 drills on your Platosa site.

Just a bit frustrated, not sure why we are looking for more stuff unless they've decided there is no CRD at Platosa and they need to get another mine running.  If that's the case I'm not sticking around for another 5-10 years.
