I LOVE it. This news release is a very positive sign. The conversation started about why the stock has not moved up on this news is not a fair comment. Stocks seldom move on news of a private placement. I have found that what moves a stock is when the financing has closed and the investors can actually see that the company has closed the money. (not just announced it and hoped it would close)
