Is there any chance that we can see that 4.00 dollar mark again.  What would need to happen for that to take place?  Seeing that this stock is undervalued at the moment compared to others with similar resources, what is keeping it so low of is this just a rare chane to accumulate, cause it sure looks like it.  JMHO
