RE: Bidding war comingQuestion: given that it's generally been acknowledged in the past that Copper Fox and Teck have been walking hand in hand through the process of proving up Schaft Creek resources, is it unreasonable to posit the possibility that Stifel are buying on behalf of Teck (or CIC, perhaps) as one way to reduce, even if it's just by a fraction, the final cost of Teck's (and maybe CIC's) involvement in Schaft Creek? Of course, I don't know what the current state of the relationship is between Teck and CUU, not to mention that I might be missing something basic about the nature of the game.
I expect to win either way. Sooner and, perhaps, less with Teck; later and, perhaps, more if there's a bidding war - but why is there the assumption that Stifel is buying for someone else?
