I emailed John Helmer to receive some clarity on the Prognoz proceedings.
My questions:
I have found it difficult to understandthe actual litigation that has been going on in Russia.  Press releaseshave been minimal and have felt rather cryptic.  From your understanding#1  is there any oustanding court proceedings occurring regarding Prognoz?And #2  did High River Gold leave the bankruptcy proceedings retaining its50% rights to the Prognoz property?

I'm not sure that all courtproceedings have been wound up -- Mordashov has every reason to keep up thepressure. Yes, HRG/Buryatzoloto/Mordashov have left the bankruptcy proccesswith their 50% intact, but without the other 50% they wanted.
