RE: RE: Yesterdays NR..not for us

RE: RE: Yesterdays NR..not for us"How can it be Tck??? Would they not be considered "Insiders" and have to report purchases..."

Possibly, even probably, you're right, but only if Teck is privy to concrete information hidden from outsiders. Much of the information available now is speculative in nature, and will be in the future, albeit based on established and rigorous geologic investigation, and, of that information, there can't be much that isn't known, estimated or guessed already by all those who have been accumulating CUU shares on what I perceive to be as sure a thing as is possible on the stock market. What Teck knows that we don't know only matters if Teck (or a proxy) trades shares for profit, assuming any are owned, prior to whatever decision Teck comes to with regard to Schaft Creek. By all accounts Stifel has been buying only.

I'm not claiming that Stifel is buying for Teck, just suggesting the possibility and, if that is indeed the case, it won't be the first time in my experience, that a separate company (or employees with that company) holding what one might consider to be insider information, isn't registered as an insider. Still, as I said earlier and as Vette repeated: one way, we win; the other way, we win.
