The most poetical form of justice will be when these two parties that have both taken advantage of minority share holders and have similar ethical behaviour have to sit down and decide their collective fate.
Will we work together to develop a multi-billion dollar asset, or will we never gain anything and keep on fighting?
It's funny, this likely will be the same decision that Severstal has to make as it deals with the HRG minority.  Are they content to share a great big piece of pie, or do they want one tart for themselves.  Only a fool would want a small tart, unless that fool was someone who was on a diet and then they wouldn't be one.
