TLM DOWN ?

Why would it be that TLM , WZR`s major partner is still tanking even after the NR on oil flows?
After all they have a big stake in the region and if its all its cracked up to be the BIG BOYS would be all over this????
Lets read whats between the lines tonight from the meeting .There is more IMO going on than we are being told.
