Bumble prints them in his basement, Schiff then sells them on the bus to passengers while he's driving. Like I've always said, "lined up at 10 cents" Afterwards they both dine on breakfast at Tim Horton's with the proceeds.Ask them at the AGM. Seriously. I've seen them........then the alarm went off and I woke up.
