RE: what's taking them so long?I`m watching with interest, my guess is that with the amount of litigation involved with these high priced American lawsuits that we are still very much in wait and see mode. Management is not forth coming with any insights or updates...maybe because the oil properties are a very tangable asset and they don`t want to garner too much attention on their acquisition game plan. Remember that the judgement is more of a leverage tool to acquire the Kern property, once they get title free and clear their are apparently suitors in waiting for outright purchase. My understanding is that management has no desire to put the property back into production, nor do they expect to recieve any financial compensation...however this is old hat and maybe the strategy has changed. Another penny of downside = 20%, surely this would tweek some buyer interest...but this is still looking mighty risky here. Market needs an update...not another mis-worded news release to fuel another P & D, mis-guided investors will close the book real quick on this one if they try to pull that crap again....then it`s in the toilet for a very long time until someone hits the flush lever. Are there any plans for the Ontario nickle holdings that we are aware of....minimal expenditure committments to hold the leases in good faith is my bet. These guys are out of $$$$......everything is hinged on Kern.
