Question: 

Great news that came out yesterday regarding Kodak. Is there anything new on the LDP model, that you started in march ? In the news release dated march 15th you mentionned 8-10 weeks for development, according to my calculations we have passed this timeframe and still no news from you (the company).

Answer:

Yes, the Kodak news is good.  We believe that it will enable us to develop and advance our technologies more rapidly, keep a lot of that technology here in the US and give us access to a company with extensive experience in the area of roll to roll technology.

In regard to the tool being developed at MicroTech, we had the Microtech people here at our headquarters last week.  They are a little behind schedule but expect to have the tool ready in the next week or two.  Dennis Flood, our CTO, was here for the meeting and is working very closely with their people in making adjustments to it and preparing it for testing.  We will do our best to keep everyone abreast of the progress we are making as it occurs.  Right now, there is nothing new to report.
