RE: Good time to buy???3.50 is a buy because that about what it is worth, and there is risk in timing the bottom. I do think 3.08 could be in the cards, but a good statedgy is to buy, and then be able to buy more IF it does trend to 3.08...and yet be a winner if the manipulation ends, and you get to ride the short covers.
Any time you are fighting a manipulated short, you have to be on the side of value. Things change extremely fast, and if you are "safe" at value...eventually it comes around. I would however sell at 3.70 to 3.80 though...unless condition/fundamentals change.
Spot price will dictate true value indications...and UUU needs a "good" next 1/4 earnings. It is time to show profit guys...or else the stock will be abandonded.
