RE: RE: RE: RE: Q2 financials posted on SEDAR todaHi Smiling Canuck,

As you indicated, we are definitely locked in a tight price range, and have been, for some time.  At least a great base has been built.  To your questions:

What if any change to the share price do you foresee once the supposed media blitz occurs over the next few weeks.

There are so many variables with the share price, including getting sustained interest and buying pressure vs. the selling pressure from warrants.  I like to look at things conservatively so I am not disappointed if things don't materialize the way I want.  Realistically, I can see a .40 cent share price by end of year.  I can see .30 this summer IF they disseminate information to the broader market AND it is finally absorbed.  That said, it is summer, and lower volume in the overall market could be a negative.
If financing is announced, Full Mill use and forecasts are announced, new resource announced, the stock should/could move much higher.  Those should/could be game-changers. All in all, I'll be happy with a 50% sustained gain by the end of the summer and a 100% gain by Jan 1, 2012. 2012 we move closer to $1.   So, a lot of variables at play and a lot of things that should come to fruition "soon"...lol (sorry) :)

...and I do agree with you. Majestic needs to "act like the big boys" with regards to being responsive (Very improved) and meeting dates previously stated (not there yet - especially with Rod's drilling comment from Nov).  After all, they are in the process of graduating to a big producer.

Can you also comment on what you think the pending financing might look like?

That's tough to speculate on, but from what is available on the net (a german writeup, I believe), they are looking at a combo of debt/equity.  Perhaps 60/40 debt to equity. Or, I can see them doing a debt financing that is partially convertible, with a much higher conversion price than the current share price - perhaps 30 cents.

Really, both of the above are wild A$$ guesses, but take into consideration several things that we know...

Hope that gives you another perspective (one that I am expecting)...
