Warrants

MESSAGE POSTED by craziecanuck

Well...exercised all my warrants today, so the transformation from my old Golden Goose holdings is complete.
Theonly thing that ticked my off was some warrants were in my spousal RSPwhich I didn't want to put any more money into & I had to sell somePDG @
.63 to buy the new ones at
.45.

You are not too familiar with this company or trading in general by the looks of things.
Craziecanuck's post is very useful and provides useful information as the pressure from 7 million free traders at .45 cents is now about to come into play.
Dumping holdings at a higher current sp than the cost of cheaper warrants coming due to fill quota's is standard practice and good info to have as is knowing the full warrant timetable of any stock is before buying.

I would wait for the dust to settle as well as the sp before purchasing PDG shares at the current price. Downward pressure selling is in the offing.
