CLEAR......................................CrystalI always wondered why JJ would even want to make a deal with GBK in the first place regarding the CZZ land. I mean, wouldn't JJ just go after CZZ by themselves?????????????????
But GBK already had a 50/50 JV deal with JJ regarding the GBK land package and in this deal it states that any land aquired by either of these companies within 50 km's of the JV deal has to be split 50-50. WOW.
So its very clear now.
JJ had no choice but to involve GBK to make a deal to go after CZZ.
But GBK was very nice and said, you guys can have another 25% from us but you have to pay for everything until we get to production.
And now JJ wants it all. JJ is just simly getting very greedy. Instead of being happy with 75%, they want 100%. Now it could end up costing them even more in the long run.Plus they could be giving the Chinese a bad name for doing business in Canada. No respect at all. That's terrible.
And on top of all this, GBK was buying CZZ stock in the open market first and they were the ones that approached JJ about taking CZZ out. You see, the guys from GBK are world class guys, first class guys who put this deal together.
JJ should be ashamed of themselves for doing what they are doing and thinking that they deserve 100%. Thats just terrible.
These are my opinions and It will all come out in time and victory will be ours.
