RE: Chuck

RE: ChuckI've been a committed Yellow long since it first came to market and have sparred with Chuck on this board over the past couple of years. Early on, his style used to get under my skin; after a while, I began to see that beneath all the bluster was a pretty decent guy with a pretty decent handle on the advertising and promotions world. That's my background as well, to a degree – he runs an agency, my work history is the world of newspapers. Anyway, over time, Chuck's posts began to bother me less and less, in large part due to the fact that he was actually bringing some useful information to the board, not always, but often enough to make reading his stuff worthwhile. The last thing a real investor wants is a singular point of view – you need the balance of the perspective of others who see the company in a different light; if you are a long, you need to hear what a thoughtful short might have to say. Frankly, I didn't find Chuck all that offensive anyway – not enough to have him banned from the board. Just my opinion. aclcmc
