The unit has been sitting at vancouver for 2 months 3 weeks.  The nr said nothing about more site analysis needed as they usually lead investors to believe nor anything about customer interest. If there is still a chance that vancouver will buy then there is still a chance that cancen will too.

This is one pathetic mgmt team and that is the reason that most penny companies with a good product fail.

I am hopeful that a real company/individual partners up that will will have full authority to operate completely independent of BILES. That will be the chance for MAXX to succeed and  bring investors along for the ride.

I also like the fact that allied marine seems to be taking the bull by the horns but dealing with the government will take lots of time and the question now is can wescorp hold on that long with no money coming in.
