RE: WHY?????

RE: WHY?????Seriously,

First to be honest and compare apple to apple, RDI has 524 M shares outstanding and a MC of $ 26 M versus AFA 222 M shares and a MC of $ 15.5 M...

Second, contrary to your comments, RDI did not generate 7 millions dollars of profits but a loss:

"A loss of $5.1-million (fiscal 2010: $7-million), or one cent per share(fiscal 2010: three cents), was realized for the year."

And thirdly, AFA does not have any debt, and does not make any debt, but invest in the development of Marine Diamonds assets in Namibia, just RDI invest funds in land diamond project in SA..., and by the way your RDI, may be virtualy debt free as there management claims, they still have over 8 million in current debt...

Fourth, AFA is way undervalue, and by the time RDI finish there turn around AFA could be making more money they them...

So there you have it, my 2 Cents....

PS I am curious, why did you create this name on 10/24/2010 and have never used it....   Wise-guy is that you in an other re-incarnation...
