i see most of you if not all, never been in peru or know anything about peru, yes humala need 2/3 of the congress for make strong changes, but their are 2 more possibilities a referendum that he will win because of the model of elections that peru have and the other possibility its to take the army and do it (all the generals in the army are the same prom of humala in the army school) because he wont have anyone tell him that he cant, he is a dictator and the all his was raise like a dictator see all the things that his father told to the press and make your conclutions.
peru doesn't have oil but have more than 40 billion in the reserves and the money from venezuela will came like in bolivia or nicaragua, also he can take the control of the mines in peru and have a lot of income from them in the short term, in peru everything can happen if alan garcia was president again after the worst goberment in the history everithing can happen
