RE: Stock Options

RE: Stock OptionsI am not usually too happy when I see options issued on penny stocks such as AMA.  This time I am not upset.  The strike is substantially higher than where we sit now and there is a four month hold period.  The strike is still lower than my average, but it at least gives these guys some incentive to work for success.  If we do see the pps move up in the next while I do not think insiders will exercise until the options are significantly in the money.  I intend to be gone before then!  It also works against any low-ball buyout.

In another issue I was in, that some of you know about, they kept issuing options at lower and lower prices, so that when they got bought out insiders made out like bandits, whereas many shareholders were still under water.  (I broke even after 11 years!)
