Roulston tracking progress

Roulston tracking progressLawrence Roulston, Resource Opportunities(5/27/11)"The spring drilling campaign at Kiska Metals' Whistler project inAlaska has already turned up important results. Most significantly, fourdeep holes on the Raintree target extended the zone from the initialtwo holes drilled previously. . . summer drilling will follow up on theRaintree West results and other targets in the Whistler area. Inaddition, two drill rigs will be operating at Island Mountain, 23 km. tothe south, where previous drilling has indicated another importanttarget area. The existing resource at Whistler provides an excellentstarting point from which to build an economic deposit. Island Mountainand now Raintree represent targets that could greatly enhance the sizeof the resource over the course of this year's drilling.

Inaddition to the resource growth, there are important infrastructuredevelopments underway or in the planning stages in southern Alaska thatcould provide enormous benefits to the Whistler project. For example, the planned development of the huge Pebble and Donlin Creek deposits hasled to the evaluation of a number of power generation projects in theregion, including hydro, coal, gas and geothermal. Progress on any ofthose projects would be beneficial to the Kiska project."
