RE: RE: Teck's Back-In Rights in the 2002 Agreemen

RE: RE: Teck's Back-In Rights in the 2002 AgreemenOK, I see what you are all saying.  I was hasty in my reading of the Agreement.

Per section 9, the Joint Venture does not get formed until after Teck has earned its Back-In interest, and Teck hasn't earned it until after it has funded Subsequent Expenditures equal to 4 times the prior exploration expenditures.

OK, I get it now, or most of it.  During the interim period, after Teck has given notice pursuant to s. 8.3, up until the date when Teck has expended enough money to earn its Back-In Right, Copper Fox will be 100% in the drivers' seat, just as Vette and others have explained previously.  Thanks for setting me straight on this.

By the way, sorry for the weird formatting in my message of 2 hrs ago.  I composed the message in my word processor and later copied and pasted it into the Stockhouse message box.  After I "posted" the message, a lot of the gaps between the words collapsed.  Thankfully, I don't recall that happening before -- hope it doesn't happen again!
