Insiders?Question: If this is in fact a 20 year something $7B fraud, I would think that AT LEAST one of the allegedly crooked insiders would have sold something by now, but nothing.

If this was in fact a fraud that just got exposed, why didnt they sell at 15, 10, 8, or even 5? Why did all these manager waste a life time of structuring a multi billion $ fraud and not take any advantage of it?
I bought in midday @ 5.70.
There are literally thousands of variables that can be used to argue which direction this will go in the next few weeks. Trying to put everything together is an endless process.
For those of you who've read Malcolm Gladwell's Blink, I thin sliced this situation down to one factor: credibility.
Look at all the people behind TRE (investors, board, government, auditors) vs a jack of all trades short seller.
Personally, I dont think MW exposed a fraud. They did however, expose some transparency issues, and decided to make it sound like the end of the world. Yes, TRE could have done a better job disclosing its assets, but that doesnt mean they lied about them.
In fact, I dont even think MW can or will be charged with criminal offense. They may have been excessive with their approach, but that's how they make a living.
TRE messed up, people panicked, stock crashed. But this is still a LEGIT company.
