RE: RE: RE: RE: who is playing games hereAp, I try to take Your point, but as so often in this board facts and emotional arguments are being mixed and the result are not really debatable arguments.
Everybody here is angry about a management that is putting so many stock options in their pockets. A good management that would believe in the company, would hold their options because they know, that share price will rise because of their work, because of what they know. So selling options does mean, they do not believe in the company, they do not believe in their work and they do not believe in the companies future…..B*ull*shi*t!!! Have a look at the “Information Circular” from May 20th. At page four you can read that there is only one person in this company who receives a salary. The only way for all the others to pay their bills is to sell stock options. I go along with everybody who says that 320K for Desjardins is far too much. That is too much and I will ask him for that. But it is okay to compensate salaries with options. Many explorer are doing this before generating a cashflow from production. And if something goes wrong, stockholders are always angry about this point and flushing the boards with angry notes about this.
You also stated, that every contractor failed. What I can see, is, that they got contractors. But NAG is really not responsible for a contractor running into Chapter11!! In these days with a coal index on a very good lever, contractors in this area will have enough to do. So it is not very easy to get one. I do hope, that there will be a new one. But having a look at the last quarterly report I can see a company that is doing the work, that makes step-by-step the homework. Okay, they are not able to satisfy the expectations of the shareholders, expectations they built with their PR (just remember “the largest…..”). But they learned and changed the PR in the last months. Only “Producing coal in America” is left on the homepage.
So I didn’t find anything that may bring down a share price in this short period of time. What I found is good enough for a sideward movement. But You are absolutely right, there has been nothing to get excited about. And that is the point ; -) Something excited would force the share price to explode at this level. But they have to wait; they have to keep the lid on the pot (have a look at the ask at .055) for a while, because otherwise somebody could use words like “insider trading”. But when they will move the lid, days before exciting things will happen, everybody here has forgotten the words written in the last months. Greed will then come back.
Alltogether it is only gambling. Perhaps I’m wrong and there are some shareholders who are selling all their shares, because they “know”, that this company is dying. Perhaps I’m totally wrong.
