as stated, it's for: "cash payment of R$275,000 to Banco Economico S/A - In Voluntary Liquidation("BESA") pursuant to an option agreement

-- looks like a trade-off of debt liquidation in return for options up to an agreed limit.

You asked: is this part of capex? Capital expenses are for equipment and hard goods. 

An 'option agreement' is an administrative expense under the category of Finances which may have already been accounted for in recent refinancing. 

A call to Investor Relations is the only way to know for certain.
