RE: Data Analytics---the key

RE: Data Analytics---the key"Futura's advanced loyalty and rewards technology and its depth of experience in the successful design, launch and management of rewards..." (Eric Apps, Angoss Software president. Sept 27, 2010).

A comprehensive package combining the technology capabilities and implementation expertise of both organizations will work well. Angoss's "Intellimaxx" predictive analytic system came on board well after Futura became an authorized agent for Aeroplan.

This speaks even better of Futura's customer loyalty and rewards solutions.

There will be challenges. It takes money to successfully execute their high-interaction strategy. Scaling up the business without running a high cost operation is a challenge. Building brand loyalty depends on a critical mass of active collector members. With the TADA contract, it's an impressive step.

------------------------

As for the stock price,  I feel support now exists at 4 cents and could form the base for the next leg up. 4 cents could be tested this week again and I think it will not be penetrated.

Price charts can be subject to multiple interpretations. Some investors will see clouds, while others will see the sun. Daily RSI is at 53.7 which is not overbought nor oversold.

Those who follow Japanese Candlesticks, the past week saw 3 down days, each immediately followed by a positive candlestick pattern. Together with the volume tapering off, it could indicate that selling pressure is declining. On Friday, most of the trading action was near the opening and closing price.

Since early May when the stock touched 2 cents there were 5 of these candlesticks. The evidence suggests that soon after, the stock moved upward.

Will the stock move upward after the latest such candlestick on Friday? Is there good reason for the stock to move higher? Time will tell. I still think a mention by a stock analyst/fund manager in one of the national newspapers would help things along even at this early stage. New car dealerships are aplenty in Canada and additional exposure to Aeroplan/Futura Loyalty would be huge in dealership advertisements.

Therefore the loyalty program offered by Futura has a  very good chance to reach many people in Canada who buy new cars and/or have their cars serviced at such dealerships. And how will success in Canada dictate what happens in the US car market, if Futura wishes to pursue opportunities there.
