I never attended the AGM of a TMX Compagnie either, since my native language is not English. But since the BOD is prohibited from disclosing confidential information during an AGM, I do not see why it would be banned from blogging in real time...I mean during the ganeral meeting.

That said, those attending the Meeting can expect to have a discussion face to face with a director by witch innuendo or non-verbal language may provide clues as to what is coming or what happens... but I can't imagine anyone who disseminates this information in real time or on SH...
