You find the notice on sedar. The JV agreement seems to be ready. No 6 of the notice says the following. Shareholders are supposed to vote on the JV with XXP:

"To approve on a disinterested basis, i) the Framework Agreement between the Company and Xinxing Ductile Iron
Pipes Co. Ltd. substantially based on the terms and conditions described in this Information Circular; ii) the
proposed Joint Venture for the exploration and development of the Company’s Roche Bay Property as
contemplated under the Joint Venture Agreement and the disposition of substantially all of the Company’s assets;
and iii) all transactions contemplated thereby as further described in the Information Circular and authorizing the
Board of Directors of the Company not to act upon the resolution if they so choose without further approval of the
shareholders."

I hope we see the final contract before the DFS, that would be a strong signal and brings confidence to the markets. Just my opinion.
