RE: Why post an old press release? EOM.Very simple, it is the release of the original JV Agreemen. I viewed some releases more but they don't mentiones that OK could not blow off the deal in case another party would be interested. Also I didn't find any lines in later releases that PAA automatically has 55% by exploring. That would mean that OK would have sold 55% of La Preciosa for $25 million. That would be a joke, isn't it? ...

Where is that to read? ... just looked in their releases but didn't find those lines. That would make no sense when a third party only could buy 55% like PAA.
