DIL and INT

I see there are some who think DIL and INT are connected. To confirm, I googled DIL's fax# and called the affiliated phone #. It belongs to Andover Ventures. They said DIL is no longer there and they gave me a phone # of a Director. I asked him about INT and he never heard of INT at all.
