RE: RE: RE: RE: Letter to ShareholdersChappy,
I think you should ask them simply why they think that the SP has lost more than 20 cents since the last refinancing.
There seems to be 3 possibilities I can think of :
1) Market manipulation. If that is the case, it must be some "big boys" because I don't see the tell-tale group of bashers very active on this board. These guys obviously work for marginal firms. Therefore, it doesn't seem likely that it is market manipulation because the "big boys" probably wouldn't waste their time manipulating a company this small.
2) Stage of development. There is a strong indication that RM has the minerals in the ground and they appear to be easy to mine as well as massive. However, it looks like there may not be any catalysts that we can see coming in the near future. Maybe they will get some out take agreements this Summer, maybe they will get financing to start a mine next week, etc. but perhaps nothing significant will happen for a few months. Perhaps this is simply one of those lulls that the market doesn't like in start-up companies,or
3)The market does see some real problems. I don't know what those problems might be. One speculation is that the market for Lithium is more limited that for gold, copper, iron or silver, etc and the market may be telling us that Rodinia is too late in developing to take advantage of the increased demand since there are other companies closer to production. Lithium is recyclable to some extent so the increase in demand may not be proportional to the use of Lithium based batteries.
All three of the above reasons are pure speculation on my part, but none of them would seem to be extreme enough to knock the SP down to where it is. This is very puzzling stock.
