Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Is Mr. Parry walking away at .06 cents a share?

They keep this crazy cent a week drop up and TSU management will soon be able to buy back 3/4s of their outstanding shares for less than 5 million dollars.
