AGM/Poisin Pill /Aurelain etc

AGM/Poisin Pill /Aurelain etcPeruchocanuck/debsyl:

Why management "wants" a low stock price? There was reference to the Kinross/Aurelian deal to
justify the need of a poison pill. In theory, yeas, this would work --- unless you have a gang up
where the acquirer fattens  the pool only available to the selling Board and its cronies in that
they glady cave and show weeping faces towards common shareholders.

This scenario, in retrospect, appeares to have been orchestrated by Aurelain directors and
the Kinross eggheads.-  The Kinross-Aurelian takeover machinations would stand up as prime prototype  of
the battle between ethics/fairness towards common shareholders and greed by those who were
supposed to excercise fiducary duties ---

As in the Aurelian case, its Board did decide the Kinross raid was "friendly"  so the poison pill
was not triggered.

With the laughable Regulator in place, do not expect they will spring into action this time

The Kinross Aurelian merger will stand out for long time to come --- wait until somebody
give some award to  B Tye or the clowns from the Aurelain board now enjoying their positions
with a number of juniors -- where else to park the bucks?

Ciao
Tina
