Notice of Hearing And Review


WHEREAS the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc., made a decision on January 28, 2000, to dismiss an application brought on behalf of David Randall Miller for a stay of proceedings in connection with a citation against Mr. Miller and Yorkton Securities Inc., on the basis of unreasonable delay;

AND WHEREAS Miller has applied to the Commission under sections 28(1) and 165(3) to (5) of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, for a hearing and review of the decision and for a stay of that decision until disposition of the hearing and review;

THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing to consider the stay application will be held on March 10, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 7th Floor, 865 Hornby Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
