CUU management..can the management be holding the NRs back by any chance? Since every stock and every sector is being hit hard this summer.
I understand that "they have to release NRs, as soon as they get them"...but what are the chances that they're actually holding it back on purpose to maximize theirs and shareholders return?
is it possible? simple yes or no and little explanation..thanks
