Some questions for CEO "David" Randall Miller that need to be answered - IMHO....


1. Mr. Miller - Did you disclose to the ISM Board your Citations by the BCSC about "Deceptive Trading Practices and Know Your Client Regulations" ?

2. Mr. Miller - Did you fully disclose this Citation in any Private Placement Memorandum Offering as you raised funds for ISM ?

3. Mr. Miller - If you were innocent of the charges - why did you settle ?

4. Mr. Miller - Did you vote in the Affirmative for Director Stewart Jackson for the ISM Board ?

5. Mr. Miller - Were you aware of Director Jackson's Citations and complaints by the BCSC for numerous securities violations ?

6. Mr. Miller - Who are the other shareholders of Adrea Capital Corp. ?

7. Mr. Miller - Did the Complete ISM Board of Directors vote in favor of your consulting agreement via Adrea Capital ?

8. Mr. Miller - Do you believe the CEO (you) should be compensated at 6 X your annual salary in the event of your departure ?

9. Mr. Miller - Will you return the $ 2,000,000 NSR that ISM paid your Adrea Capital ?

10. Mr. Miller - Do you feel it is proper to take $ 2,000,000 NSR from ISM as the proposed Metal Mines will need that cash ?

11. Mr. Miller - Have you disclosed the $ 6,000,000 loan that occurred in the fall of 2009 ?

12. Mr. Miller - Have you disclosed the $ 75,000 loan to an individual ?

13. Mr. Miller - Did the ISM Board of Directors approve with a recorded vote these loans ?

14. Mr. Miller - Do you believe these loans are "Material " - and should be disclosed ?

15. Mr. Miller - Do you feel any obligation to the Shareholders as their investment has collapsed from $ 475,000,000 to $ 23,000,000 ?

16. Mr. Miller - Do you believe your shares should be purchased from the Co. when the Shareholders do not have that privilege ?

17. Mr. Miller - Do you believe the "Adrea Consulting" agreement is "Material" and should be approved by a Shareholder vote ?
