Re: AGM..........Do You really believe that Mr. Foster has changed His habits/ behaviour toward shareholders? He has NEVER
been forthcoming with future happenings and timelines! The CHARADE is slowly coming to an end. Do You
believe that HE or ONE of the management clones will be truthful about the non-response from the European
Medicines Agency? What about the whole FDA "unresolved issues" fiasco? Did He/They ever respond?( How is Dr.
Yatscoff enjoying His "retirement, spending time with family"?)
HOPEFULLY, the Chinese and Korean owners, do not get the "Charles Sheen" performance , from the
2008 AGM (babling about hockey, Stanley Cup, does not leave a good impression.)
THE ONLY GOOD CHANGE, IS THAT MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN DRASTICALLY
CUT, maybe there should be a 'collection' at the door , during the AGM, HARLEYS do not run on HOT AIR!
