Its contract surety bonds, such as performance and labor and material payment bonds, are primarily for the construction industry.

Usually a good sign. I think we have wittnessed a total overreaction and now we will have rebound for some time. Hope to hear from Karl 10.
Its good for Transeuro to get some money to move forward and this might be the best solution in the long run.
