I notice allot of fire sales on the market

I notice allot of fire sales on the marketthis is great or bad depending on which side of the fence your on (buying or selling).  YLL is one of them and I've been accumulating   The chart looks like it wants to turn bullish even in a bear market.  I thought today it was going to break out but it will come.. just a bit of patients but it will come. IMO :)
