I think you will find a lot of companies sending things back to the  labs for re-testing etc and with a wink-wink and a nod.nod...if it gets misplaced for a period of time and then of course has to go to the back of the line....staying just inside the rules enough to not get smacked on the wrist by the regulators. This is  because of the poor market and often very good results don't even get a glance by investors sitting on the sidelines waiting  for something to happen

I would be surprised if this keeps up for another month or so until we get some sort of direction in the political world to make people interested enough to invest again
