just like many dumpers on stockhouse they used to own the stocks and sold them so they don't want to see those stocks go up 'cause they will feel heart attack, for rudy98 this is a grade 1 math smb is next to chevron if chev can ship the oli out why can't smb!!!!  in north sea or near north pole condition over there is more  extreme than afica but they can still manage to transport the oil out.......why not smb!!  now we r  talking psa not the infrastructure......yes gov like big companies but it doesn't mean that big com have resource to take over all projects around the worth it's just same as billgate can't date all the chicks n u have the chance to grap some......
