Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: John Lee and Performance

RE: John Lee and PerformanceNot sure John's issues have anything to do with what you are suggesting. The political/government front seems to be one area where he has done very well. Our mining license came very fast, he gained favour by supplying the local power plants, support the local area, and  things seem to be moving along quite nicely on the Changdana front with respect to permits.
His issues seems to be more related to conducting the non-governmental business of securing offtakes and communicating to shareholders in too promotional a fashion which leads to disappointment and now...distrust.
