Valuation

ValuationCorrect me if I am wrong!! But doesn't a 624 million dollar valuation give us $12 per share!??  If you divide 624 million by the 52 million shares we have outstanding that is $12 per share.  Let me know what I am missing.  Also I have to wonder how the shares are losing ground after a report of such a huge valuation??
