This offers the existing shareholders an option to sell their rights or to subscribe to new shares in the offering.
Will these rights hold their value of .09 cents, if TSU shareholders start dumping them before the consolidation or does selling your rights even effect the price of the new shares?
This is still really fishy how a company can consolidate my shares at a 5 for 1 split to get their outstanding shares to a reasonable 90 million o/s, and in the same breath issue another 166 million additional shares to the market, bringing the o/s shares back to an unreasonable level. of more than 250 million.
I assume the Securities Commission will have some interesting questions about this proposal, considering one of the top dogs in TSU bailed right before the announcement of this news release.
